  • 3.00 large (33.000g)    eggs, whites only


  1. Using a blender, mix ingredients well.
  2. Allow batter to rest 5 minutes.
  3. Coat a skillet with with non-stick cooking spray (butter flavor recommended) and place over medium heat.
  4. Pour batter into skillet and prepare pancakes. (Makes 2-4, depending on size.)
