Ingredients

  • 1.00 packet(s)/scoop(s) (32.400g)    Medi-Weightloss® Vanilla Premium Protein
  • 0.50 cup(s) (225.000g)    nonfat Greek yogurt (plain)
  • 4.00 Tbsp (15.000g)    unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.50 tsp (4.200g)    vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Prep ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's directions (i.e., freeze the ice cream bowl for 24 hours).
  2. Using a blender, combine all ingredients.
  3. Pour into ice cream machine and churn 5-10 minutes. Scrape sides of ice cream bowl with spatula or knife occasionally.
  4. Serve immediately or store in freezer for firmer texture.
