Ingredients

  • 8.00 Tbsp (15.000g)    avocado
  • 2.00 pouch(es) (71.000g)    Bumble Bee® Lemon & Pepper Seasoned Tuna
  • 0.25 cup, chopped (92.000g)    red bell pepper(s)
  • 3.00 tsp, minced (5.000g)    jalapeño(s)
  • 0.25 cup(s), chopped (16.000g)    cilantro
  • 1.00 Tbsp (14.000g)    lime juice

Directions

  1. Slice a single ripe avocado in half and safely remove pit.
  2. Scoop out 8 Tbsp of avocado from the pitted area to widen the "bowl" area. Place the scooped avocado into a medium-size mixing bowl. Mash avocado with a fork.
  3. Add the tuna, bell pepper, jalapeno, and chopped cilantro to the mixing bowl. Pour lime juice over. Stir ingredients together until everything is well mixed.
  4. Scoop the mixture into the avocado bowls. Enjoy!
