Ingredients

  • 24.00 oz (454.000g)    flank steak
  • 1.00 Tbsp (4.760g)    minced garlic
  • 1.00 tbsp (3.800g)    parsley
  • 1.00 tbsp, chopped (5.300g)    basil, fresh
  • 0.25 cup, grated (100.000g)    reduced-fat Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

  1. Trim fat from flank steak and lay flat.
  2. Spread on garlic, and top with parsley, basil, and Parmesan.
  3. Roll flank steak, and tightly cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate 4 hours.
  4. Remove plastic wrap and cut flank steak into 6 (4-oz) pinwheels.
  5. Place a skewer in each pinwheel and cook as desired (grilling recommended).
