Ingredients

  • 0.50 cup slices (58.000g)    radishes
  • 0.50 cup (48.000g)    spring mix greens
  • 1.00 circular slice(s), 1" thick x 7.5" dia (286.000g)    watermelon
  • 4.00 tsp (4.500g)    olive oil
  • 2.00 tbsp (16.000g)    balsamic vinegar

Directions

  1. Cut watermelon into 8 small squares.
  2. Stack ingredients on top of watermelon squares and secure with a toothpick.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
