Ingredients

  • 24.00 oz (28.350g)    extra lean ground turkey breast
  • 0.50 cup chopped (87.000g)    yellow onion
  • 2.00 tsp, whole (2.100g)    cumin
  • 1.00 tsp (0.600g)    ground coriander
  • 0.50 tsp (6.000g)    salt
  • 0.25 tsp (2.100g)    ground black pepper
  • 1.00 tsp (0.500g)    crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1.00 tsp (2.600g)    chili powder
  • 1.00 tsp (3.100g)    garlic powder

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ingredients and mix well.
  2. Form mixture into six 4-oz patties.
  3. Place on preheated grill (or in nonstick skillet) and cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until cooked through.
