  • 2.00 packet(s)/scoop(s) (32.400g)    Medi-Weightloss® Vanilla Premium Protein
  • 0.50 cup(s) (225.000g)    nonfat Greek yogurt (plain)
  • 0.25 tsp (2.600g)    cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp (1.400g)    Himalayan pink salt, fine
  • 0.50 cup(s) (140.000g)    mango chunks, frozen, no sugar added
  • 1.00 cup(s) (140.000g)    raspberries, frozen, no sugar added


  1. Using a small food processor or blender, combine yogurt, Premium Protein, salt, and cinnamon until well combined. Scrape the sides of the processor with a spatula occasionally to help combine.
  2. Add the frozen mango chunks and frozen raspberries to processor. Pulse until the fruits are completely broken down and blended with the yogurt. You will have to stop and push the fruits back down into the blade's path a few times during the process.
  3. Scoop into 2 bowls and serve immediately or place in the freezer for up to 15 minutes for a firmer texture.

Additional Notes

Avoid storing in freezer for a prolonged period of time, as this will result in a rock solid mixture.
