  • 4.00 medium (196.000g)    zucchini
  • 12.00 oz (28.350g)    extra lean ground turkey breast
  • 0.25 cup, chopped (160.000g)    onion(s)
  • 2.00 tsp (3.100g)    garlic powder
  • 2.00 tbsp, chopped (5.300g)    basil, fresh
  • 2.00 tsp, ground (1.800g)    oregano
  • 0.50 cup (63.000g)    Ragu® Homemade Style pizza sauce
  • 2.00 tbsp (5.000g)    Parmesan cheese, reduced-fat, grated
  • 4.00 oz, shredded (28.000g)    nonfat mozzarella cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Slice zucchini in half lengthwise, scoop out seeds, and place on a baking sheet.
  3. In a skillet, brown ground turkey, onion, garlic powder, basil, oregano, and salt and pepper to taste. Stir in pizza sauce and Parmesan and simmer 5 minutes.
  4. Spoon sauce into zucchini and top each with mozzarella (evenly divide).
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
