Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine ground beef, egg white, and Parmesan in large bowl, mixing well.
- Press mixture firmly into ungreased 5.5 x 3-inch mini loaf pan.
- Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until cooked through in center and meat thermometer registers 160 degrees F.
- Remove from oven, and sprinkle cheddar on top.
- Let stand 5 minutes to allow cheese to melt.
- Remove from pan, serve, and enjoy!
