Ingredients

  • 6.00 oz (28.300g)    Extra Lean Ground Beef, 96% Lean
  • 1.00 large (33.000g)    egg(s), whites only
  • 1.00 tbsp (5.000g)    reduced-fat Parmesan
  • 0.25 cup(s) (112.000g)    fat-free shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1.00 dash (0.400g)    salt
  • 1.00 dash (0.100g)    ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine ground beef, egg white, and Parmesan in large bowl, mixing well.
  3. Press mixture firmly into ungreased 5.5 x 3-inch mini loaf pan.
  4. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until cooked through in center and meat thermometer registers 160 degrees F.
  5. Remove from oven, and sprinkle cheddar on top.
  6. Let stand 5 minutes to allow cheese to melt.
  7. Remove from pan, serve, and enjoy!
