  • 6.00 1-oz slice(s) (28.000g)    Boar's Head Tavern Ham
  • 3.00 oz (28.000g)    fat-free shredded cheddar cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Lightly spray a muffin tin with non-stick spray.
  3. Place one slice of ham in each cup.
  4. Layer each slice of ham with 1/2 oz of cheese and one egg.
  5. Top with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Bake 10-15 minutes, depending on how you like your eggs.
  7. Garnish with parsley (optional).
