Ingredients

  • 24.00 oz (85.000g)    Atlantic salmon
  • 2.00 tbsp (13.500g)    extra virgin olive oil
  • 2.00 cloves (9.000g)    garlic
  • 0.50 tsp (1.000g)    dried dill
  • 1.00 tbsp (15.000g)    lemon juice
  • 0.50 tsp (6.000g)    salt
  • 0.50 tsp (2.100g)    ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Set grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, combine oil, dill, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush salmon with herb mixture.
  4. Grill 8 minutes or until salmon is opaque and flakes easily.

Additional Notes
