  • 8.00 oz (28.350g)    chicken breast(s), boneless and skinless
  • 3.00 Tbsp (16.000g)    terikayi sauce
  • 1.00 tsp, minced (2.800g)    garlic
  • 0.50 tsp (2.100g)    ground black pepper


  1. In a small bowl, mix teriyaki sauce, garlic, and black pepper.
  2. Cook chicken (as desired) until done. Baking? Pour sauce on top of chicken before placing in oven. Grilling or pan sautéing? Top with sauce near the end of the cooking process.
