Ingredients

  • 1.00 packet(s)/scoop(s) (32.400g)    Medi-Weightloss® Chocolate Premium Protein
  • 0.50 cup, chopped (124.000g)    zucchini
  • 0.33 cup(s) (225.000g)    nonfat Greek yogurt (plain)
  • 1.00 tbsp (5.400g)    unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1.00 tbsp (14.175g)    water

Directions

  1. Prep ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's directions, such as freezing the ice cream bowl for 24 hours.
  2. Using a blender, blend all ingredients.
  3. Pour into ice cream machine and churn 5-10 minutes. Scrape sides of ice cream bowl with spatula or knife occasionally.
  4. Serve immediately or store in freezer for firmer texture.
