Ingredients

  • 16.00 oz (28.350g)    chicken breast(s), boneless and skinless
  • 2.00 cups chopped (90.000g)    broccoli
  • 0.50 cup (255.000g)    low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2.00 cloves (9.000g)    garlic
  • 0.50 cup, chopped (160.000g)    onion(s)
  • 0.75 cup(s) (237.000g)    water
  • 3.00 packet(s) (2.000g)    Splenda® Naturals Stevia Sweetener

Directions

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Place a wok or large saute pan over medium heat and coat with cooking spray.
  3. Saute chicken, onion, and garlic until chicken is fully cooked.
  4. Combine soy sauce, water, and Splenda® packets.
  5. Add soy sauce mixture and broccoli to pan.
  6. Cook until broccoli is tender.
