  • 0.50 cup (256.000g)    Kraft Old English Sharp Cheddar Cheese Spread
  • 0.50 oz (28.000g)    fat-free cream cheese
  • 6.00 stem (19.000g)    broccoli
  • 0.25 cup sliced (92.000g)    almonds


  1. Mix cream cheese and cheddar together and form into 6 pumpkins.
  2. Push broccoli stem into each pumpkin and dip in almonds.
  3. Garnish each pumpkin with a sprig of parsley (optional).
