Ingredients

  • 1.00 Tbsp (13.500g)    olive oil
  • 16.00 oz (28.350g)    chicken breast(s), boneless and skinless
  • 3.00 tsp (3.600g)    Hidden Valley® Ranch Seasoning Mix
  • 2.00 cup (156.000g)    frozen broccoli florets
  • 4.00 oz (28.000g)    fat-free shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet.
  3. Season chicken breast with 2 tsp ranch seasoning and cook until done. Set chicken aside, let rest for 5 minutes, and shred.
  4. Steam broccoli. In a bowl, mix broccoli, chicken, cheese, and 1 tsp ranch seasoning and pour into baking dish.
  5. Bake 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
