Ingredients

  • 1.00 packet(s) (23.000g)    Medi-Weightloss® English Toffee Crunch Pudding
  • 3.00 fl oz (29.600g)    water
  • 1.50 tbsp (15.000g)    light, reduced fat cream cheese
  • 0.75 cup (148.000g)    blueberries
  • 2.00 Tbsp (4.500g)    sugar-free whipped topping

Directions

  1. Beat cream cheese in bowl with mixer until creamy.
  2. Gradually add in water and dry pudding mix, combining well.
  3. Whisk in half of the whipped topping.
  4. Alternate layers of the berries with layers of the pudding mixture into parfait glass.
  5. Refrigerate until set.
  6. Spread remaining whipped topping on top. Enjoy!
