  • 1.00 cup, chopped (17.500g)    white mushrooms
  • 16.00 oz (112.000g)    Extra Lean Ground Beef, 96% Lean
  • 2.00 tsp (4.500g)    avocado oil


  1. Finely dice mushrooms or gently pulse in food processor.
  2. In skillet, warm 2 tsp avocado oil on medium-high heat and add mushrooms, sautéing 5-7 minutes.
  3. Transfer cooled mushrooms to medium bowl. Add ground beef, mixing until combined. Divide patties into 4 (4-oz) portions and shape into patties.
  4. Heat grill to high-heat. Grill burgers about 5 minutes on each side, until they reach desired doneness. Alternatively, burgers can be cooked in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Plate and enjoy!
