Ingredients

  • 4.00 bar(s) (27.000g)    Medi-Weightloss® Caramel Pretzel Crunch Protein Bar
  • 0.50 cup (225.000g)    nonfat Greek yogurt (plain)
  • 4.00 Tbsp (4.500g)    sugar-free whipped topping
  • 1.00 scoop(s) (32.400g)    Medi-Weightloss® Banana Cream Premium Protein

Directions

Crumble Base

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Crumble unwrapped Caramel Crunch Pretzel Protein Bars onto a nonstick baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 4 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Using spatula, gently press and divide equal portions of crumble into bottom of 8-cup nonstick muffin pan.
  5. Place muffin pan in fridge for 10 minutes.

Yogurt Topping

  1. Whip Greek yogurt, whipped topping, and Banana Cream Premium Protein together.
  2. Remove muffin pan from fridge. Use butter knife to pop out the crumble base and top with yogurt mixture.
