Ingredients

  • 4.00 oz (28.350g)    chicken breast(s), boneless and skinless
  • 1.00 tsp (5.300g)    balsamic vinegar
  • 1.00 tsp (4.500g)    avocado oil
  • 0.25 tsp, minced (2.800g)    garlic
  • 0.25 tsp (0.500g)    crushed red pepper flakes

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Whisk vinegar, avocado oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes together and pour over chicken.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes and enjoy!
