Ingredients

  • 16.00 medium spears (16.000g)    asparagus
  • 2.00 cup sliced (70.000g)    white mushrooms
  • 2.00 tsp (0.700g)    rosemary, fresh and chopped
  • 2.00 tsp (4.500g)    avocado oil
  • 1.00 dash (0.400g)    salt
  • 1.00 dash (0.100g)    ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F and coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, toss the asparagus, mushrooms, avocado oil, and rosemary, until evenly coated.
  3. Spread vegetables on sheet and salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Roast 15 minutes or until tender.
