Luiza Petre M.D.
As a Cardiologist, Dr. Petre is highly skilled. Yet she has never wavered from her true calling — caring for patients while emphasizing and advocating disease prevention and wellness. She decided to join |company| and expand her work beyond her Cardiology practice to help shine a light on the need for preventative healthcare, especially as it relates to weight management. Dr. Petre began her medical career in 2000 with a residency in Internal Medicine at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital in New York. In 2004, she was appointed a Cardiology Fellowship at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York. She is currently an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at Mount Sinai School of Medicine and Cardiology Clinical Instructor at NYU Langone Medical Center. She is board certified in Cardiovascular Diseases, Internal Medicine, Echocardiography, Nuclear Cardiology, and Vascular Ultrasound and certified in Cardiac CT and Age Management Medicine.
