Meet Peoria's Staff
Jessica Stewart
Jessica is the Director of Operations for both Peoria and Naperville locations. She has worked at Medi- Weightloss since 2012. She says, “It has been an absolute joy to grow with this company. From building Peoria to what it is today and starting the Naperville clinic, I take such pride in the clinics they have become. It brings me such joy to help our patients in their overall wellness.” In her free time, she loves spending time with her family, hiking and traveling. She has three Frenchies- Stanley, Louie and Duncan, and they are the absolute loves of her life!!
Hope Dykeman
Clinic Manager Hope graduated from Western Illinois University in 2011 with a degree in Communications. While at Western she was a member of the cheerleading squad, fusion dance team, and a member of the Alpha Sigma Tau Sorority. After College Hope worked in the Quad Cities doing marketing for a medical office where she fell in love with the health and wellness field, she then continued her education in the field of medical assisting at Illinois Central College where she was introduced to Medi-Weightloss® as an intern. Hope loves being able to help patients reach their health and wellness goals on a daily basis, and truly looks to her patients as an inspiration and motivation to reach her own fitness goals. Hope loves spending time with her husband and their two dogs. she enjoys running, cooking- especially making on plan Medi-Weightloss® meals, and being an Aunt.
Julie Belser, C-NP
Julie graduated from Saint Francis Medical Center College of Nursing with BSN and MSN. Julie worked at the Children's Hospital of Illinois as a pediatric nurse on the intermediate unit prior to become a nurse practitioner. She lives in Peoria with her husband Brad, daughter Nora, and German Shepherd Scout. Julie enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and being outdoors.
Mariah Holloway, FNP-C
Mariah is a Family Nurse Practitioner, who graduated from Chamberlain College of Nursing. Her previous jobs included pediatric, critical care, and administrative nursing. While receiving her Master’s degree she discovered how rewarding providing preventative health services could be and knew this was going to be her focus as a Nurse Practitioner. She is married with one son and two cats. Mariah enjoys all things Disney, spending time with her family, and traveling with her husband.
Mallory James
My name is Mallory. I started working with Medi-Weightloss® in February. I saw a job posting for a nutrition counselor and immediately applied. With my own personal weight loss, I know I would enjoy helping others reach their goals to live a balanced healthier life. I also have a passion for weight training along with my nutrition. At home I have a handsome four-year-old son who keeps me on my toes and also keeps me motivated. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and am always looking for new challenges for myself to continuing growing and getting stronger as a person.
Nicole Kerner, FNP-C
Nicole is a Family Nurse Practitioner, who graduated from Chamberlain College of Nursing. Her previous jobs included teaching, home health and surgical nursing. After receiving her master’s degree, she realized her passion was to teach others how to improve their overall health. Medi-Weightloss helped her in the past reaching her weight loss goals. She is married with five children and three Frenchies. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time on the lake and with her family.
Alicia Martinez
Alicia has always had a passion for fitness. She takes pride in helping others succeed through their fitness and weight loss journey. In her free time, she enjoys lifting, hiking, and spending time with her niece and two cats.
Morgan Miller, FNP-C
Morgan graduated as a FNP from Chamberlain University in 2022. She is eager to begin her FNP journey with Medi-Weightloss. She has been a nurse for 7 years, with a majority of her experience being in PCU and ICU settings. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family. She has two daughters and a wonderful husband. They live in the country and love to spend time outdoors.
Hannah Moore
My name is Hannah, and I am a nutrition counselor here at Medi-Weightloss. I started nursing school last Winter, and I quickly realized that was not my passion. I have always had a passion for living a healthy lifestyle and helping others. After changing my major, I enrolled at Purdue University Global to obtain my Bachelor’s in the Science of Nutrition. I will graduate in Fall 2022 and will then work towards becoming a Holistic Nutritionist! When I saw the job posting for this position, I knew it was meant for me. In my free time, I love working out, snuggling with my cat Finn, listening to health and wellness podcasts, spending time with family and friends, and watching new Netflix shows with my boyfriend!
Kelly Perisin, FNP-C
Kelly is a Family Nurse Practitioner. She attended Illinois State University for her nursing degree and Chamberlain University for her Masters in Advanced Practice Nursing. Prior to starting at Medi-Weightloss, Kelly worked in orthopedics and medical-surgical units as a nurse, and then at Minute clinics as a Nurse Practitioner. In her free time, Kelly enjoys spending time with family and traveling.
Alecia Pettit
Alecia is a nutrition counselor who discovered her passion for health and wellness during her own weight loss journey. When she saw the job posting for this position, she knew it would be a perfect fit. In her free time, she loves spending time with her daughter and fur babies, spending time with friends and family, and weight training.
Alli Reed
Hi! My name is Alli, I am a nutrition counselor here at Medi-Weightloss. I graduated from Western IL University with a Bachelor's in Law Enforcement and Justice Admin and a minor in Honor's Pre Law. I quickly realized that was not my passion. My passion is health, being active, and helping people to achieve their personal goals! I have an almost two year old son and two large dogs at home. We all enjoy spending time outside playing, hiking, running, walking and biking (not so much the dogs with the biking)! We love it and that is where we thrive!
